Do Black men value their Black women?

This is a topic that many people are compelled to talk about. Do Black men value their Black women? In history such as the endless fighting during the Jim Crow era Black women can be seen tending to their men. Always being the ones at home who are holding everything together. Just like today with the Black Lives Matter movement Black women are always at the protests fighting for their Black men. For some reason in today's society in our culture and music, Black men are always looking for the "baddest woman." They want the long, real hair light skinned girl or the exotic girl from the Caribbean. A lot of hate is turned towards Black women describing us as bitter, loud, or angry. As soon as we show any emotion this is what is told back to us. Again, I'm not saying that all Black men feel this way as I know many people who are in beautiful Black relationships. I'm just saying do our men appreciate us like we appreciate them? In a video I watched by a blogger by the name of Funky Dineva he mentioned a study about  Black men and women. Black men on dating apps were more likely to respond to women of a different race than their own. Whereas Black women likely responded to Black men more than others. It is very interesting and worth talking about. The link I provide will link to the discussion, video, and study!

Enjoy!
